Service Description
UK ETA Australia provides application assistance services for the UK Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA). We help eligible travelers complete and submit their UK ETA applications to the UK government authorities.
Important: We are an independent service provider. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by the UK Government. Final approval decisions are made solely by UK immigration authorities.
User Obligations
When using our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information
- Submit only authentic and unaltered documents
- Meet all UK ETA eligibility requirements
- Pay all applicable fees on time
- Comply with all UK immigration laws and regulations
- Not use our services for fraudulent or illegal purposes
- Not share your account credentials with others
Application Process
Application Submission: Once you submit your application and payment, we will review your information for completeness and accuracy before forwarding it to UK immigration authorities.
Processing Times: Regular processing takes up to 72 hours, and Express processing takes up to 24 hours. These are estimated timeframes and actual processing may vary based on UK government processing volumes.
Application Decisions: All final decisions regarding UK ETA approval are made by UK immigration authorities. We have no control over approval or refusal decisions.
Fees and Payment
Service Fees: Our fees include UK government fees and our service charges. Current pricing is:
- Regular Processing: $75 USD per person
- Express Processing: $120 USD per person
Payment: All payments must be made in full at the time of application submission. We accept major credit and debit cards processed securely through Stripe.
Currency: All fees are charged in US Dollars (USD). Your bank may apply currency conversion fees.
Refund Policy
Before Submission: If you cancel your application before we submit it to UK authorities, you may be eligible for a partial refund (service fee minus processing costs).
After Submission: Once your application has been submitted to UK immigration authorities, no refunds are available as government fees are non-refundable.
Application Refusal: If your UK ETA application is refused by UK authorities, we cannot provide a refund as our services have been rendered and government fees are non-refundable.
Service Errors: If we make an error in processing your application due to our negligence, we will resubmit at no additional charge or provide a refund at our discretion.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:
- Approval of your UK ETA application
- Specific processing times or outcomes
- Entry into the United Kingdom
- That our website will be error-free or uninterrupted
We are not responsible for decisions made by UK immigration authorities or for any travel disruptions resulting from application delays or refusals.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, UK ETA Australia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, travel costs, or other losses arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for our services.
Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of UK ETA Australia and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
